About Adam J. Feiner, Psy.D., M.B.A.
Adam J. Feiner, Psy.D., M.B.A. is a licensed psychologist with academic credentials in business management (M.B.A.), clinical psychology (Psy.D.), and industrial/organizational psychology (M.A.). As a professional with a broad range of training and experience, Dr. Feiner has experience in evaluating, assessing, intervening to improve some of the most demanding human systems. In his clinical work, he has helped groups overcome years of systemic dysfunction by addressing complex difficulties in leadership, communication, inconsistent values, and misaligned cultures. He has worked with small and large groups as well as with people who are dealing with highly stressful situations in which there is much at stake, both emotionally and financially.
Dr. Feiner's organizational work has included providing performance improvement projects to Electronics Boutique; training and development initiatives to Stroehmann Bakeries; leadership development training to Widener University's Wellness Center; and emotional intelligence and culture change interventions to small groups that included vice presidents and CEOs of nationally known companies with multi-million dollar revenues. He has also co-managed and facilitated training and development webinar initiatives and conference committee work with both international and regional audiences, respectively.
