Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a strengths based, collaborative partnership between coach and client. During coaching, the coach and client work together to allow the client to gain greater awareness of factors relevant to their specific coaching challenge leading to concrete steps the client develops to reach the coaching objective. Coaching is tailored to meet each client's specific needs and may involve use of powerful questions, assessment tools, personal strategic planning, values clarification, brainstorming, and motivational and behavioral interventions. Coaching is available virtually, by phone, or in person (when environmental conditions permit).
